  1. 5 Star Review I have been promoting your product as great at work all day.

Thanks again for completing my request. I commute to work so having this on my laptop is great. I have been promoting your product as great at work all day. I am sure your will get more sells due to me, but I won't ask for commission (laughing). This is going to be a big aid when I take the test next week.

  2. 5 Star Review Kirt has done it again!!

Posted by on 21st Oct 2015

This DVD training set is amazing - Kirt has done it again!! This software training is fantastic. Kirt's concise and easy to implement approach with applicable training examples does the job yet again - just like in his other DVD training sets. I can't tell you how many times I've thought I had set up a meeting at work, through Outlook, (prior to this training)only to find that it hadn't worked and I was the only person to show up to my meeting. Or I thought I had booked a conference room resource only to find out that I really hadn't, and suddenly I had a group of people standing around with nowhere to meet. Through Kirt's training, I have learned the correct way to use Outlook so that not only do my meetings now get booked properly, they're also held in the right conference room :) and I now assist others who have similar dilemmas to what I used to have. Overall, this training is comprehensive and has helped me to become much more efficient in the workplace...thank you so much Kirt for developing these much-needed tools!

  3. 5 Star Review Mr. Kershaw is a superb instructor, presents the material in an easy to understand way.

If you really want to learn get this one! Initially I had some problems getting my dvd to play and was about to return it when I read I could only get a refund not an exchange. Turns out the problem was not with the dvd at all but my pc. I notified amazon that I would not be returning the dvd and was surprised to receive a phone call from Kirt Kershaw himself, wanting to ensure that I would be able to get a new dvd (which I didnt end up needing after all)The instruction is clear and every step is shown so there is no confusion. One can replay or review any part where more clarification is needed. Already I have learned a lot about Outlook from just the very first "chapter" I find it even better than a class room in some ways because one is spared overhearing other questions and able to concentrate just on ones own work without interruptions from other students or overhearing others talking and worrying that I am going to miss something if I don't listen rather than concentrate! Both methods of instruction have their benefits, but Mr. Kershaw is a superb instructor, presents the material in an easy to understand way. I would say next to having a private tutor this video trainer is the easiest way to really learn the topic.

  4. 5 Star Review This is not a requirement, but I am addicted.

I am a high school computer resource facilitator in Virginia Beach, VA. I begin earning Microsoft certifications after returning to technology school in 2000. This is not a requirement, but I am addicted. Your video tutorial series is the best that I have purchased yet. One or two other companies have come close, but I will not purchase their products ever again. I cancelled four free 3-hours Microsoft 2007 workshops because I have more confidence in your products. I want to pass all four MCAS exams, so don't disappear.

  5. 5 Star Review They definitely helped me pass the exams.

I have purchased your training videos for Word 2007, PowerPoint 2007 and Outlook 2007. The videos were amazing! They definitely helped me pass the exams.
